Rules & Regulations

  • An organization can register only one team through the online registration form at http://www.natana.in/
  • To complete the registration formalities, a team must submit a registration fee of INR 1500 which will be refunded at the time of performance. This amount shall be collected offline by NATANA volunteers upon completion of the online registration
  • The competition is restricted to 18 teams based on the order of online registration – first come first serve basis
  • The registrations will close if 18 teams conclude the online registration and pay the registration fee by 05:00 PM, 23rd April, 2018


  • A team can have a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 14 members
  • During online registration, a team should nominate the captain who will be the touch point for NATANA for future communications
  • Each team will be allotted a total time of 12 minutes on the stage including arrangement of the properties, this include entry and exit time from stage
  • Each team will be allotted a time of 8 minutes maximum to perform their act
  • Each team can have additional 4 handlers to assist arrangement of properties on stage, they cannot enter the stage during the 8 mins of performance

Post Registration

  • A Captains Meeting will be held on 25th April 2018 (venue and time will be intimated later) for general clarifications
  • During this meeting, the team captain is expected to provide the list of employees in the team (with their employee ID’s) sealed and approved by the company HR/Admin
  • The team captain is expected to submit the song (Indian Songs Only) for the performance in a specified storage medium on or before 30th April 2018
  • There will be captains meet to take the lot (date to be intimated later), each team will be allotted a time window for performance based on lots, and the team captain along with the team should report at back stage of Amphitheatre 30 mins ahead of the designated time window


  • The list of props (if any) should be informed to NATANA organizing committee and approval sought, (by email) as soon as you finalize them
  • Props like powdered substances, fire, water, oil etc are strictly not allowed. Any supersized prop with odd physical dimension should ideally be avoided


  • Expenses incurred for the costumes and properties shall be borne by the participants/organization
  • Costumes should not be revealing or inappropriate and should conform to the general guidelines of public display
  • Camouflage needs to be approved and authenticated by NATANA organizing committee
  • All the participants are expected to carry their company ID card which will be cross verified (just before the performance) with the list provided during the captains meeting
  • A team will be disqualified for violation of the above rules OR for any misbehavior towards the audience/judging committee/ organizing committee
  • The decision of the Judging panel will be final and binding to all the teams
